About

Collaborative Overlays are a tool for live streamers to give some control over their stream to trusted individuals.

This tool is absolutely free to use! If you have any questions or feedback feel free to email me at admin[at]luscious.dev or message me on Discord @luscious.dev

Create an overlay, add the view URL to OBS as a Browser Source, and add editors. Anyone on your editors list can add images and text to the overlay and it will appear on your stream live.

Head to the Profile page to manage editors and/or your account.

Setup Guide

  1. Sign up/Sign in
  2. Create an overlay. It's recommended to use the resolution of your OBS capture but not necessary as it can be resized in OBS.
  3. From the home page (while logged in), find the overlay you want to add to your OBS capture. Copy the [view] link.
  4. Add the copied link to your OBS scene as a Browser Source. Set the width and height to the resolution of your overlay.
  5. You can test your overlay by clicking the [edit] link and adding text or an image. It should show up in your OBS scene.
  6. Editors can edit any overlay you have created. There are three ways to add an editor on the Profile page:
    • Twitch username.
    • Verified email address. The editor must verify their email address to be able to edit your overlays.
    • Overlay User ID. This is a unique ID that can be found on the Profile page. Just ask them to share it with you.
